What we eat matters a lot. Nutrients and minerals all have specific jobs to help our bodies function and learning how to eat a healthy diet will improve your overall health, not just promote fat loss.
Our program teaches you all about nutrition and diet. We have compiled a diet guide that teaches you what different nutrients and minerals do for your health, and which ones you want to cut back on.
For example, protein is like a superhero nutrient! It promotes fat loss while the body is at rest.
Carbohydrates on the other hand actually don’t provide our bodies with anything we need, so you’ll want to cut back significantly on those. We even include a list of approved and non-approved foods for you!
By following our diet guide closely, you will learn all about how to eat right and still enjoy the number on the scale going down. Focusing on your diet will boost your overall health and promote fat loss, it’s a total win.

Committing To Change
We’ve found that one of the biggest reasons people struggle with fat loss is a lack of motivation.
Commitment takes some serious self-discipline and motivation. You simply cannot complete a fat loss challenge if you aren’t committed to the process. In fact, you can’t get the body results you desire without committing to a lifestyle change even after the program ends.
You need to fully commit to the challenge to see the results you desire, and build and maintain healthier habits after the challenge ends.

While this may seem strict, it’s in your best interest. It’s so easy to start a new hobby or change a habit, just to fall off the wagon a week or two later.
We want to prevent the fallout by requiring you to show up for yourself every day.

Following Through
Our program was not designed for you to complete, and then go right back to your prior habits.
While successfully completing our challenge will result in you losing fat, we want you to continue practicing these healthier habits so you can meet your overall health goals.
Going hand in hand with showing up every day, you have to continue to show up after the challenge is completed for the best health results.
Sure, you can start bringing some things back into your diet after it ends, but we hope that by the time you finish the 21-day fat loss challenge you will implement healthier choices into your daily life.
