HUNTINGDON, Pa. (WTAJ) — Herbalist and Holistic Health Shop Owner, Tracy Lake stopped by to introduce us to her business, called Intersections. Tracy started the business as a away to give folks alternatives to healing. As a nurse, Tracy understands traditional and conventional medicine and their place in healing disorders and disease. However, through the power of her own discovery, she has learned about holistic alternatives that can provide healing through the inside out.
Tracy brought along a tea infusion called ‘calm the storm’ which has a blend of herbs that help calm your nerves and anxiety. She also demonstrated how to truly let the tea ‘steep’ and draw out all of the properties that are good for you.
